Located at the end of Rue du Faubourg-Saint-Denis in the 10th arrondissement is “Little Jaffna”, a neighbourhood of Sri Lankan Tamilians. Head to Belleville to encounter a melting pot of different cultures. Once a village that provided wine to central Paris, now, it has turned livelier with its own Chinatown and an artistic quarter.
